Shipwreck: Robinson Crusoe as survivor Today we scanned a long, difficult text. It was taken from the diary of Robinson Crusoe, and it was about his adventures (it was really an excerpt (=extract) from Daniel Defoe's novel). We understood that Robinson is scared, alone, senseless and that he is lost. How did he become a castaway? Here are some ideas we had about the text: He thinks all his friends drowned. He doesn't have food, water or weapons. he has to climb on a cliff to be safe on the island. He is underwater, his boat has wrecked. He is on his boat. He is a Christian, he prays to God to save him. Warm Up a werewolf full moon shamanism all over the world a shapeshifter homework: right or wrong? Are the points in the lesson correct or not ? justify by quoting from the text please!

Watching Movies Inspired by Robinson Crusoe 1 At first, we imagined what movies we could watch.  We said: we're likely to watch Cast Away with Tom Hanks. we're likely to see the emotions of the actor. we're unlikely to study The Martian, even if the story is inspired by Robinson Crusoe. Then, we watched an old black and white trailer for King Kong (1933).  There were explorers on a tropical island. They wanted to film a savage tribe during a ceremony. It was mysterious ; in the end, the tribe kidnapped a Western woman. They were likely to sacrifice her, to give her to King Kong. To be likely to : to be probable to... to be unlikely to : the opposite Warm Up con SI dered as a prophet     -> he is a prophet con SI dered like a prophet  -> he is not hell, hades, inferno a goddess / a deity catabasis
